En un hospital de Londres, Correa, de 20 años, ha salido de su coma artificial y soporte vital, pero los médicos de un hospital de Londres dicen que necesita una «cirugía mayor» para evitar «lesiones irreversibles» en su pierna derecha.
El jefe técnico de Racing Point, Andy Green, dice que la F1 debe aprender de la tragedia de Spa.
«Necesitamos fortalecer el chasis lateral y mejorar la estructura del choque en la nariz para que absorba más energía», dijo.
«Además, debemos asegurarnos de que los autos no vuelvan al circuito así».
