Está por comenzar el trabajo para preparar el circuito de Zandvoort para el GP de Holanda de 2020.
Jan Lammers, ex piloto de F1 y embajador de GP holandés, dijo a BNR Nieuwsradio: «Toda la historia comenzará a partir de la tercera o cuarta semana de septiembre».
La Fórmula 1 anunció recientemente que Zandvoort será la primera carrera europea de la temporada el próximo año a principios de mayo.
«El proceso arquitectónico durará desde principios de noviembre hasta febrero», reveló Lammers.
El conocido diseño del circuito de Zandvoort se mantendrá, pero varias esquinas se ampliarán y la esquina final estará en banca.
«Todo va completamente de acuerdo al plan», dijo Lammers.
