Renault se queda en la Fórmula 1 por ahora.
En medio de serios problemas financieros para el fabricante de automóviles francés, la directora ejecutiva interina Clotilde Delbos anunció el viernes que ahorrará 2 mil millones de euros al recortar 15,000 empleos.
Sin embargo, el equipo de Fórmula 1 de Enstone y Viry trabajará en la carrera.
«Lo hemos dicho públicamente y confirmamos que seguimos comprometidos con la Fórmula 1», dijo Delbos.
«El anuncio de nuevas regulaciones sobre limitación de costos es bueno para nosotros, así que nos quedamos».
