Esteban Ocon (Alpine F1 Team) ganó el Gran Premio de Hungría de 2021, disputado el 1 de agosto de 2021 en Hungaroring, Budapest, tras salir desde la 8.ª posición de la parrilla. Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) y Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) completaron el podio.
La pole fue para Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), con un tiempo de 1:15.419. La vuelta rápida fue de Pierre Gasly (AlphaTauri), con 1:18.394 en la vuelta 70.
Tomaron la salida 20 pilotos y 13 fueron clasificados. Abandonaron Nikita Mazepin (choque), Lando Norris (choque) y Valtteri Bottas (choque) y 3 más. Sebastian Vettel fue descalificado.
Tras la carrera, Lewis Hamilton encabezaba el Mundial con 195 puntos, 8 más que Max Verstappen.
